Adding Employees
The last step in preparing a campaign is to add the employees. Here you can :
Create them before arriving at the customer's premises (the day before, for example) if their identity is known in advance.
Create them directly at the customer's premises during the campaign process.
Here is the process to follow for adding carriers:
Add only one employees at a time
In the "Campaigns" menu, click on the "Operations" tab
Click on "Add an employee"

A window called "New employee" appears.
If you know in advance that the carrier already exists, click on "Select the employee":
Search for his Name, in the "Employee" search bar

Fill in his position using the drop-down list provided for this purpose

Click on "Create an employee" if you want to create a employee that has never been created before.
Fill in his username
Fill in his First and Last Name. SizerPro detects if the Employee Name has already been entered in the software. If so, simply click on the name corresponding to the employee.
Fill in his Position, previously created.
Fill in his email address (to edit the email address, do it from the "Company" section, select the corresponding company, then in the "Employee" section)
Once all these steps have been completed, click on "Validate".

Add several employees at the same time
To save time, you can add several carriers at a time.
In the "Employees" tab:
Click on "Add Carriers"
Select the position
Select the employees associated with this position
Click on "Validate"

Congratulations! You have just added carriers to your campaign.
