Setting up Positions

Creation of positions

A position defines a business category within a company. For example, for a company like Renault, there are several different positions :

  • Handler

  • Technician

  • Manager

  • ...

Thus, before a campaign, it is necessary to create your Client's various workstations, in order to associate clothing kits with them.

Here is the process of creating a position:

  • On the main page of the company created, click on the "Jobs" tab, then on "Create a position":

Enter in the "Name" box, the determination of the position you wish to create.

Click on "OK".

Congratulations! You have added a position.

Adding clothing to positions

A kit is a set of clothing associated with a position. It is therefore necessary to create the kits for each position before initiating a campaign at a Client.

Clothing selection

After clicking on "Validate" in the window for adding a position, the "Clothing Selection" page appears.

The purpose of this section is to select the clothing associated with the position you added previously.d

This interface consists of 2 parts:

  • Available clothing : Kit associated with a company or position

  • Selected clothing : Selected clothing for the wearer

You will have to select in "Clothes to choose" the clothes that are associated with the position. Here, at the Handler's station.

Click on the "+" button to the right of the line corresponding to the garment you choose, it will automatically be added in the "Selected garments" section.

  • "Men" and "Women" clothing are automatically added in the corresponding box.

  • "Unisex" clothing is automatically added to both genres.

  • Once you have added all the clothes for the selected item, click on "OK".

Choice of quantities

You have the possibility to define in advance the quantity of clothes that the wearer will be able to choose, for each item of clothing in his trousseau.

You can :

  • Define a free quantity : Leave the cursor on "Free". This means that the wearer will be able to choose the amount of clothing he or she wants for a model.

  • Define a fixed quantity : Click on the cursor to move it to the "Predefined" position. You can now vary the quantity imposed on the holder by clicking on "-" or "+".

  • Once you have defined the quantities for each item of clothing in the trousseau, click on "Validate".

Adding size advices and configuration of the preferred comfort

When creating a position, the last step of the funnel will allow you to set up 2 new features :

1.The size advice

For each item of clothing, you can add a personalized size advice : it is a free text to help wearers choose the ideal size. These size tips will be displayed to wearers when they choose their sizes.

This can be useful in indicating to wearers certain specific information about the garment.

Where to add the size advice :

2.The preferred of comfort

You can also activate or deactivate the consideration of the desired comfort for each item of clothing. When enabled, this feature allows wearers to tell SizerPro how they want to wear this garment, for the size recommendation to take into account.

Wearers can indicate whether they wish to wear the garment as intended by the distributor, or slightly more fitted or slightly looser.

Back to the "Position" page

The clothes were added to the Handler position.

By clicking on a position, you can see the clothes you have associated with it.

Cases where the kits are not pre-defined for the Client

In the "Clothing Selection" step, it may happen that no keychains are assigned for a defined position.

In this case, you will need to create a generic workstation, in which you can drag the clothes selected for the workstation.
